The effect of Ghost BCAA:

In the period that I use this product, I have noticed a growth in my strength, for example going from being able to do max 50 KG to doing 65 KG with good form on the Seated Cable Row, my endurance so I can stay longer in the gym and get better results and in recovery time between gym sessions so that I can train the same muscle group faster and thus become bigger and stronger

The taste of Ghost BCAA :

I bought the Kiwi Strawberry flavour and I have to say that the taste is exactly what it says. The taste really tastes like kiwi with strawberry, the taste is very refreshing and that’s perfect for the climbing temperatures. I really love the taste.

Mixability:

The mixability of the Ghost BCAA is amazing. I just take a scoop, put in in my shaker and after a good shake its ready to go. No weird clumps or not mixed powder that you taste during drinking

Use:

I use the BCAA as follows

When I arrive at the gym, i throw 1 scoop in my shaker,  then put water in it and shake it and during my workouts I can take a refreshing sip of my Ghost BCAA

Conclusion / price-quality:

My conclusion from the BCAA of Ghost is:

I am very satisfied with this bcaa, the taste is amazing, it mixed perfect and I really feel a good boost to my gains.

On what they really sold it to me, was the fact that they put a rim inside the container where the scoop can click on so that the scoop wont be lost inside the powder !!!!

This is such a small thing, but so amazing. A other amazing fun thing is that they put with each supplement you order a code with which you rack up points. With those points you can then order a supplement or an apparel item such as a cap or hoodie. This is really good marketing.

The price is 35 euro and although the price is a little bit higher than for example the BCAA Sensation from Dedicated Nutrition I gladly pay the extra couple of euro’s.

Under Armour Jet Mid Shoe Review

Comfort:

The Under Armour Jet Mids are comfortable for my feet during workouts, the first 2 times they were hurting a little bit, but that’s because they must be worn in ofc. After about 2 months now, I use them every day now in the gym and they are still comfortable and supportive.

Design:

The design of these shoes is awesome in my opinion and fits with all my gym wear that I have bought. I ordered the grey colorway, because I have a lot of gym wear that is grey, blue or black. The shoes really fit with my whole gym gear collection. The grey with black and blue tone way looks nice and I can say that my shoes already turned a lot of heads in the gym.

Price:

I bought the UA Jet Mids for € 56,- and I must say that it is really a good price for these shoes. I bought them in a black Friday sale moment at the under armour website.

Conclusion:

My Conclusion about the UA Jet Mid Shoes – Grey is :

  • Price 10 

I really love these gym shoes, they are comfortable, looks cool and fit with all the gym wear I own. I would really recommend these shoes for people who want to upgrade their gym wear or want to start on the right step in their gym journey.

Killer Stacks Labs BCAA Review

Killer Stack Labs BCAA Review.

The effect of Killer Stack Labs BCAA:


In the period that I use this product, I have noticed a small growth in my strength, for example going from 15 KG to 18 KG on the cable fly, my endurance so I can stay longer in the gym and get better results and in recovery time between gym sessions so that I can train the same muscle group faster and thus become bigger and stronger.


The taste of Killer Stack Labs BCAA:

I bought the Berry Bomb flavour and I have to say that the taste is not what I hoped for. The taste reminds of me of the old bubblegum I used to have in school and although this maybe sounds nice, for me it wasn’t nice at all. It is like you drink bubblegum and that is for me not what I want to taste from my BCAA.

Mixability:


The mixability of the KSL BCAA is very good. I do not have to use a shake ball for loose lumps, I throw a scoop in my shaker bottle, add some water and after a good shake it is ready to drink, no lumps or powder that I taste.


Use:


I use the BCAA as follows:

Before I go to the gym, I throw 1 scoop in the shaker bottle, I fill the shaker cup about ¾ with water and shake it before I go to the gym. Once at the gym I shake it for a while and then I can drink it while I train.

Conclusion / price-quality:


My conclusion from the BCAA of Killer Stacks Labs is:

  • Mixability 10
  • Use 10

I am not satisfied with this bcaa, seeing as it is too bubblegum flavored for me.

The price is 29,99 euro and i find the price/ quality level to be on the high side for me.

Dedicated Nutrition BCAA Sensation Review.

The effects of Dedicated Nutrition BCAA Sensation:

In the period that both me and my girlfriend use this BCAA, I have noticed a certain growth in my strength in for example going from 40 KG to 50 KG on the bench press, my endurance so I can stay longer in the gym and get better results and in recovery time between gym sessions so that I can train the same muscle group faster and thus become bigger and stronger.

The taste of Dedicated Nutrition BCAA Sensation:

I bought the exotic fruit flavour and I have to say that the taste really surprised me. I first had a BCAA from Gold Nutrition and although it wasn’t nasty, the BCAA Sensation was much better. It is just sweet enough for me, so I do not feel like I drink a packet of taxi, but a nice supplement. I do notice that the taste is better with 1 scoop instead of 2 scoops.

Mixability:

Before I go to the gym, I throw 1 scoop in the shaker bottle, I fill the shaker cup about ¾ with water and shake it before I go to the gym. Once at the gym I shake it for a while and then I can drink it while I train.

My conclusion from the BCAA Sensation of Dedicated Nutrition is:

I am very satisfied with this bcaa and will definitely order it again once my container is empty.

The price is 24,99 euro and i find the price/ quality level to be very good.
