The effect of Ghost BCAA:

In the period that I use this product, I have noticed a growth in my strength, for example going from being able to do max 50 KG to doing 65 KG with good form on the Seated Cable Row, my endurance so I can stay longer in the gym and get better results and in recovery time between gym sessions so that I can train the same muscle group faster and thus become bigger and stronger

The taste of Ghost BCAA :

I bought the Kiwi Strawberry flavour and I have to say that the taste is exactly what it says. The taste really tastes like kiwi with strawberry, the taste is very refreshing and that’s perfect for the climbing temperatures. I really love the taste.

Mixability:

The mixability of the Ghost BCAA is amazing. I just take a scoop, put in in my shaker and after a good shake its ready to go. No weird clumps or not mixed powder that you taste during drinking

Use:

I use the BCAA as follows

When I arrive at the gym, i throw 1 scoop in my shaker,  then put water in it and shake it and during my workouts I can take a refreshing sip of my Ghost BCAA

Conclusion / price-quality:

My conclusion from the BCAA of Ghost is:

I am very satisfied with this bcaa, the taste is amazing, it mixed perfect and I really feel a good boost to my gains.

On what they really sold it to me, was the fact that they put a rim inside the container where the scoop can click on so that the scoop wont be lost inside the powder !!!!

This is such a small thing, but so amazing. A other amazing fun thing is that they put with each supplement you order a code with which you rack up points. With those points you can then order a supplement or an apparel item such as a cap or hoodie. This is really good marketing.

The price is 35 euro and although the price is a little bit higher than for example the BCAA Sensation from Dedicated Nutrition I gladly pay the extra couple of euro’s.

Under Armour Jet Mid Shoe Review

Comfort:

The Under Armour Jet Mids are comfortable for my feet during workouts, the first 2 times they were hurting a little bit, but that’s because they must be worn in ofc. After about 2 months now, I use them every day now in the gym and they are still comfortable and supportive.

Design:

The design of these shoes is awesome in my opinion and fits with all my gym wear that I have bought. I ordered the grey colorway, because I have a lot of gym wear that is grey, blue or black. The shoes really fit with my whole gym gear collection. The grey with black and blue tone way looks nice and I can say that my shoes already turned a lot of heads in the gym.

Price:

I bought the UA Jet Mids for € 56,- and I must say that it is really a good price for these shoes. I bought them in a black Friday sale moment at the under armour website.

Conclusion:

My Conclusion about the UA Jet Mid Shoes – Grey is :

I really love these gym shoes, they are comfortable, looks cool and fit with all the gym wear I own. I would really recommend these shoes for people who want to upgrade their gym wear or want to start on the right step in their gym journey.
